易县，古称易州，因易水而得名，入选首批中国地名文化遗产《千年古县》名录。金代医者张元素是今易县人，其创立了脏腑病机辩证学说。后经其弟子及后世私淑者的不断发挥，逐渐形成了以张元素学术思想为核心的医学流派“易水学派”。近年来，易县持续开展“易水学派技法走基层·促进健康乡村建设”“中医药文化夜生活”等活动，在乡、村两级大力推广易水学派中医适宜技术。(完)
